Job Brief
Do you enjoy planning construction projects and making sure everything runs on time?
We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer with a strong civil engineering background, preferably in building construction.
In this role, you will plan project timelines, track progress, and support smooth project delivery.
If you are organized, detail-focused, and enjoy working on construction projects, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules and work plans
- Track project progress and update timelines
- Monitor milestones, delays, and resources
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams
- Prepare progress reports and planning updates
- Identify risks and suggest solutions
- Support project time and cost control
- Review contractor schedules and reports
- Assist in tender planning and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in planning and scheduling
- Experience in building construction projects (preferred)
- Good understanding of construction processes
- Experience with planning tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
