Overview
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Develop baseline programs, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules on a regular basis.
- Analyze delays and recommend corrective and recovery actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, procurement, and site teams.
- Track manpower, productivity, procurement, and material delivery status.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and management presentations.
- Support claims preparation and delay analysis when required.
- Ensure compliance with project milestones and contractual obligations.
- Participate in progress meetings and provide planning updates.
- Monitor fit-out activities and sequencing for high-rise and hospitality projects.
