Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Excel.
- Define work breakdown structures, project milestones, and critical paths.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams on material and resource planning.
- Track daily or weekly progress against baseline schedules; prepare reports and implement corrective actions for delays, risks, or bottlenecks.
- Prepare and present progress reports, S-curves, and dashboards to management and clients.
- Ensure timely procurement of steel, aluminum, alloys, and other raw materials.
- Assist with cost control, resource optimization, and adherence to budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, and client specifications; maintain schedules, revisions, approvals, and as-built records.
