Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Electrical Planning Engineer and Electrical QA/QC Engineer for Oil & Gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must have strong GCC Oil & Gas experience, electrical EPC project exposure, and the ability to join immediately after client interview and approval.

Candidates with ADNOC project experience and a valid UAE driving license will be given preference.

Position 1: Planning Engineer – Electrical

No. of Positions: 1

Salary Package: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month

Benefits: Company accommodation at site, food, and transportation

Joining Requirement: Immediate after client interview and approval, preferably within 7–10 days

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules for electrical EPC works.
• Develop baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, manpower histograms, progress curves, and project tracking reports.
• Coordinate with project management, construction, engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractor teams.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against approved project schedules.
• Identify project delays, critical path activities, resource constraints, and planning risks.
• Prepare recovery plans, catch-up schedules, and progress improvement action plans.
• Track material availability, engineering deliverables, site progress, and milestone achievements.
• Prepare client progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, productivity reports, and delay analysis.
• Attend internal and client progress meetings.
• Ensure planning documentation aligns with Oil & Gas EPC project requirements.

Required Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Must have electrical EPC project experience.
• Experience in electrical construction, substations, infrastructure, or Oil & Gas site projects will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and delay analysis.
• Experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project and planning tools is preferred.
• ADNOC experience will be an added advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
• Must be ready to join within 7–10 days after client approval.

Position 2: QA/QC Engineer – Electrical

No. of Positions: 1

Salary Package: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month

Benefits: Company accommodation at site, food, and transportation

Joining Requirement: Immediate after client interview and approval, maximum within 15 days

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute electrical QA/QC activities at project site.
• Ensure electrical works are performed as per approved drawings, project specifications, ITPs, method statements, and client standards.
• Prepare and submit inspection requests, QA/QC reports, test reports, and project quality documentation.
• Conduct inspections for cable laying, cable termination, tray installation, earthing, panels, transformers, switchgear, substation works, and other electrical systems.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, construction team, subcontractors, and third-party inspection teams.
• Review material approvals, technical submittals, calibration certificates, test packs, and quality records.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with Oil & Gas quality and safety requirements.
• Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs where required, and follow up for corrective and preventive actions.
• Support testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover documentation.
• Maintain QA/QC records, inspection logs, punch lists, and final project dossiers.
• Ensure timely closure of inspections, punch points, and client comments.

Required Qualification & Experience

• Must have electrical EPC project experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements, electrical inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Experience in substation, electrical construction, Oil & Gas facilities, or EPC site projects will be preferred.
• ADNOC experience will be an added advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
• Must be ready to join within a maximum of 15 days after client approval.

Common Candidate Requirements

• Must be able to attend client interview.
• Must be ready for immediate joining after client approval.
• Candidates currently available in UAE/GCC will be preferred.
