Overview
- Key Roles and Responsibilities: Expirance 4 to 5 Year
- **Project Scheduling:** Develop comprehensive baseline schedules, detailing activities, milestones, and resource requirements from project initiation to close-out.
- **Progress Monitoring & Reporting:** Track daily/weekly progress, compare actual progress against the baseline, and generate reports (e.g., S-curves, histograms) to update stakeholders.
- **Resource and Cost Optimization:** Forecast, plan, and optimize the allocation of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- **Risk Management & Forecasting:** Identify potential bottlenecks and delays, providing early warnings and developing mitigation or recovery plans.
- **Coordination & Communication:** Collaborate with site managers, subcontractors, and clients to align construction methods with the schedule.
- **Contractual & Change Management:** Support the documentation of changes in scope (variations) and assist in preparing extension of time claims.
Essential Tools & Skills
- **Software:** Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and MS Excel.
- **Technical Knowledge:** Understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and, according to, Earned Value Management (EVM).
- **Key Skills:** Strong analytical skills, communication, and attention to detail.
