- Monitor site progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports with cashflow and S-Curve.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
- Analyse delays and prepare mitigation/recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering.
- **Minimum 3 years of UAE experience** as a Planning Engineer in **the** **Residential** **construction field.**
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools.
- Solid understanding of construction processes and sequencing.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Languages known English, Hindi.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction field. (**UAE Experience Mandatory**).
