About This Role
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update construction project schedules with Cost and Resource loading.
- Monitor site progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports with cashflow and S-Curve.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
- Analyse delays and prepare mitigation/recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Planning Engineer in the Residential construction field.
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools.
- Solid understanding of construction processes and sequencing.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Languages known English, Hindi.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction field. (UAE Experience Mandatory).
