Overview
- Requirement: Planning Engineer with 2 to 4 Years of GCC experience -(1 No)
- Review and understand the project scope, drawings, and specifications, and develop the project timeline in accordance with the Contract Conditions.
- Prepare the Baseline Programme for various project types using Primavera P6.
- Develop Cash Flow forecasts, Resource Histograms, and Project KPIs.
- Monitor and track project progress, and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Attend progress meetings as required and present relevant project updates.
- Coordinate with all concerned departments to ensure achievement of project milestones.
- Prepare revised forecasts in case of significant deviations from the approved baseline schedule.
- Analyze delays occurring during project execution and maintain the delay event tracker.
- Prepare and submit Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
