Job Summary
The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules for oil & gas projects.
The role involves close coordination with project teams to ensure timely execution, resource optimization, and adherence to project milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related field).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in planning for oil & gas / EPC projects.
- Prior experience in GCC (preferably Qatar or Middle East projects).
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
- Knowledge of project controls, cost tracking, and risk management.
- Familiarity with international standards and client specifications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred
- Experience in large-scale EPC/ADNOC/ARAMCO/major oil & gas projects.
- Certification in Primavera or Project Management (PMP) is an advantage.
