Support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for building construction projects.
Help ensure timely completion and efficient resource utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Assist in preparing baseline programs and track project progress against approved schedules.
- Monitor project performance, identify delays, and flag potential risks.
- Support preparation of recovery plans and mitigation strategies to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather progress updates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Analyze critical path activities and assist with resource allocation planning.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of schedule revisions and progress records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project planning, preferably in building construction.
- UAE/GCC experience of 2 years is preferred.
- Well versed with Primavera P6; Microsoft Project knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
