Role overview
Supports procurement operations, vendor management, and cost optimization across construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end procurement of construction materials and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery to sites.
- Maintain vendor records and monitor supplier performance.
- Coordinate procurement planning with project, stores, and accounts teams.
- Review requisitions, quotations, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and UAE regulations.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost comparisons, and analysis statements.
Requirements
- Requires 10–15 years of construction procurement or purchasing experience and mandatory UAE–Dubai experience.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- Requires strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, plus ERP systems and MS Office proficiency.
Pay
- AED 10,000–12,000 per month.
