Responsibilities
- Assess assets, plan activities, apply risk procedures, and follow up with different sections.
- Coordinate facilities handover and takeover procedures with different sections.
- Contribute to delivery of asset-management projects and present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Interpret project specifications and develop schedules that meet project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and help ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
- Address assigned planning and progress-monitoring requirements; improve systems and maintain project controls.
- Review contractor programmes against contracts and assess extension-of-time claims.
- Contribute programme sections to monthly reports and communicate key issues effectively.
- Provide contract-administration support; support resource schedules and future bids.
- Develop master schedules; monitor construction schedules, submittals, material delivery, and procurement logs; conduct productivity studies and recommend corrective measures.
Experience and education
- Engineering degree.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- At least 2 years of asset assessment, planning, and risk procedures experience in Qatar.
- Operations and maintenance contract experience is preferred.
- Drainage infrastructure experience is preferred.
Competencies and tools
- Knowledge of ISO documentation standards and QCS.
- Expertise in Primavera P6.
- Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, quantitative reasoning, and effective prioritization.
Certification and language
- UPDA-certified or able to obtain certification within the year.
- Advanced English.

- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is stated as from QAR 1.00 per month.
