Civil and project delivery
- Manage civil activities in compliance with contract and project requirements and QCS 2024, using cost-efficient methods.
- Ensure civil milestones, goals, and KPIs are achieved within the required timeframe.
- Plan, schedule, and assign team tasks and responsibilities; report on project completion.
Documentation and coordination
- Prepare material submittals, method statements, inspection requests, clearances, and other required project documents.
- Coordinate concerns with the team and external stakeholders after manager confirmation.
- Organize or attend meetings and prepare minutes.
Operations, assets, and reporting
- Manage project assets, tools, equipment, machines, and inventory and keep them in good condition.
- Plan plant operations and maintenance services, identify resource needs, and allocate resources with management.
- Troubleshoot process, operational, and equipment issues; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Help implement HSE requirements.
Experience and education
- At least three years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance projects/contracts, wastewater treatment, PTPs, and pumping stations.
- Degree in Engineering.
- Experience preparing project documents and in project management.
Competencies and credentials
- UPDA registration or ability to obtain it this year.
- English language proficiency.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, organization, and time-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer software and applications; team leadership, responsibility, and commitment to work.
Pay
- Pay is stated as starting from QAR 1.00 per month.
Work arrangement
- Full-time role with in-person work.
