About the Role

Savills is seeking a Planner to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves developing, maintaining, and interrogating integrated project programs to ensure reliable progress measurement, accurate forecasting, and thorough schedule risk analysis. The Planner will play a key role in supporting proactive decision-making by identifying critical-path issues, interface constraints, and necessary recovery actions across multiple work packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review contractor baseline and revised programs for logic, sequencing, resource loading, calendars, milestones, and contractual compliance.
  • Develop and maintain the consultant’s integrated master schedule and package-level reporting structure.
  • Update progress using verified site data and assess planned versus actual performance, critical path, and float movement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports, dashboards, S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and milestone forecasts.
  • Identify delays, constraints, and program risks; quantify potential impacts and recommend mitigation or recovery actions.
  • Review recovery programs, acceleration proposals, time-impact analyses, and extension-of-time submissions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning teams to validate interfaces and dependencies.
  • Maintain schedule narratives, assumptions, change logs, progress measurement rules, and auditable records.
  • Support earned value analysis, cash-flow forecasting, and alignment between program, cost, and resource information.
  • Facilitate planning workshops and communicate schedule priorities and required decisions clearly to stakeholders.
  • Required Experience
  • Candidates should possess 7-10 years of experience in a relevant planning role, demonstrating a strong understanding of project programming and schedule management.
