Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a Pizza & Pasta Chef.
- Proven experience making authentic Neapolitan pizza.
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques.
- Experience preparing a variety of high-quality pasta dishes.
- Ability to maintain consistency, quality, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Neapolitan pizzas and Italian pasta dishes.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Manage ingredients and food preparation efficiently.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to support customer satisfaction.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,100 to AED 7,300 per month.
