Hinoki Restaurant is hiring an experienced Head Burger Chef to join its restaurant team in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality gourmet burgers and related menu items.
- Develop and improve burger recipes and menu offerings.
- Manage kitchen operations and food preparation standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor stock levels and control food costs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a burger chef or in a similar role.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, passionate, and quality-focused.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–14,000 per month.

- The role is in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
