The role is for a Pizza Maker.
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant work experience as a pizza chef.
- Proven experience as a pizza chef, with a minimum of two years' experience.
- Ability to use various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools, and processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Handle and store food safely and properly.
Responsibilities
- Set up cooking stations and stock them with preparation supplies.
- Prepare food for the line by cutting, mixing, chopping, and making sauces.
- Cook items using grilling, frying, chopping, sautéing, and broiling, following quality guidelines and standardized recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, including creating and following a restaurant cleaning checklist.
- Handle and store food safely and properly.
- Count inventory before and after shifts and complete food inventory or storage sheets.

Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
