Experience and Skills
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or Commis.
- Excellent use of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools, and processes.
Responsibilities
- Set up cook stations and stock them with necessary preparation supplies.
- Prepare food on the line by cutting, mixing, chopping, and making sauces.
- Cook items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and broiling according to quality guidelines and standardized recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards that comply with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Handle and store food safely and properly.
- Take inventory counts before and after shifts and complete food inventory or storage sheets.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.

- Work location is in person.
