Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Dubai for a Form Work Manager.
The Form Work Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of formwork operations on construction sites, including planning, scheduling, and supervising activities to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
They will lead the formwork team, monitor safety compliance, manage quality control procedures, and collaborate closely with project managers and other teams to maintain alignment with project goals.
Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and resolving any issues arising on-site will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in formwork systems, construction methods, and site management.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams to ensure effective coordination and execution of formwork tasks.
- Understanding of project scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site safety protocols.
- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills to address on-site challenges.
- Prior experience in the construction industry and familiarity with large-scale projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
