Role profile

• Pick and scan ordered items individually.
• Perform quality-control checks and verify items comply with the expiry-date policy.
• Confirm out-of-stock items with the section in charge.
• Provide feedback about incorrect picks or product quality below standard.
• Organize the put-away area and return unused trolleys and crates to storage.
• Report incorrect product images or locations and picking-system issues to the line manager.
• Ensure put-away locations and crates have scannable barcodes.
• Keep goods in designated areas and in good condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience; the posting also separately states two years of experience.
• E-commerce operations experience is preferred.
• Retail online business experience is a plus.
