Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot process, performance, and yield issues within the wafer fabrication environment.
- Investigate production lots placed on hold, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions.
- Assist with engineering tool qualification and process validation activities.
- Support failure analysis efforts through visual inspections, CD-SEM measurements, electrical IV testing, profilometry, and other characterization techniques.
- Utilize Manufacturing Execution System (MES) tools to collect and analyze data, track process performance, and prepare technical reports and presentations.
- Monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and support investigations of process deviations and out-of-control conditions.
- Coordinate and track qualification and development lots through fabrication, assembly, and test operations to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support continuous process improvement and manufacturing excellence.
