Physiotherapy Specialist

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and evaluate patients’ physical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Provide physiotherapy treatments for neurological, orthopedic, geriatric, and post-operative cases.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, company policies, and healthcare regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy.
• Valid SCFHS registration and professional classification.
• Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home healthcare setting.
• Home healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
