Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Assist with clinical procedures and support day-to-day patient management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and document clinical findings.
- Assist physicians with diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management.
- Perform routine clinical examinations and procedures within the scope of practice.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patients’ overall condition; assist with minor procedures and clinical interventions.
- Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
- Comply with clinical, safety, and infection-control standards.
- Support emergency and urgent patient care; maintain confidentiality and professional and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a relevant healthcare field.
- Previous clinical experience as a Physician Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Good knowledge of patient safety, infection control, and clinical documentation.
