PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Full-Time: $50–65/hour, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus PRN: $60–65/hour Shift: Daytime hours

Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in University Place, WA. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with facilities across Washington - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.

Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility and functional independence

Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team

Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards

Use current equipment and modalities in our newly updated therapy gym

$7,500 sign-on bonus (full-time)

Paid CEUs and ongoing clinical training

Newly updated therapy gym and equipment

Active Physical Therapist license in Washington (or eligibility)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
