This is a part-time, remote Physical Therapist role focused on providing high-quality patient care in a virtual or home-based setting, depending on patient needs and applicable regulations.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients’ functional status, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual or home-based assessments, documenting findings, updating care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as needed.

The role also involves educating patients and caregivers on exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement techniques, while monitoring progress and adjusting interventions based on clinical response.
