Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Physical Therapist.
The Physical Therapist will assess and evaluate patient conditions, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and guide patients through recovery.
They will provide physical therapy sessions, educate patients on exercise routines, and collaborate with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
The role requires delivering remote patient consultations and follow-ups, creating a comfortable and effective virtual care experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
- Strong skills in Patient Care and delivering high-quality Home Care services
- Background and knowledge in Medicine, with an understanding of treatment plans and patient health management
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach, with excellent communication skills
- License and certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in applicable regions
- Experience in telehealth or virtual care is a plus
- Ability to work independently and with interdisciplinary teams
