What You’ll Do
- Deliver direct, evidence-based physical therapy care to patients.
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document all patient care in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and support staff.
- Supervise and contribute to the development of physical therapy assistants involved in patient care.
- Maintain high moral and professional standards in all aspects of practice.
- Manage time efficiently to balance patient care and administrative duties.
