Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any concerns or changes to the supervising therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as directed
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to support recovery
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, adhering to all safety protocols
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient sessions and treatment outcomes
• Support the overall operation of the therapy department to ensure efficient patient care delivery

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and modalities
