Responsibilities

  • OTHER FUNCTIONS:
  • May perform duties as a Photo Lab Tech or Graphic Artist as needed.
  • Performs additional functions (essential or otherwise) which may be assigned from time to time.
  • TYPICAL PHYSICAL CONDITIONS:
  • Primarily desk work. Requires ability to operate personal computer and lift chemicals, machine parts, and supplies ( approx 30 lbs ). Requires the ability to communicate with professionals and non-professionals orally and in writing.
  • TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Work is performed in an office environment which involves contact with the staff, management and outside law enforcement agencies.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Graphic|Arts and five (5) years of computer graphics experience with one (1) of the five (5) years in a supervisory /lead capacity; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Must have work experience using various computer graphic software programs. All candidates must successfully pass a criminal justice employment background check to work within the Police Services Division.
  • SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Will be required to work some evenings and weekends on-call . Must have a valid Tennessee driver's license
