Role Overview

Videography and Content Production

• Film doctor education, treatment explanations, patient testimonials, before-and-after cases, behind-the-scenes content, clinic environments, and promotional videos.
• Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid advertising.
• Plan camera angles, lighting, framing, movement, and composition before and during shoots.
• Capture professional footage with cameras, smartphones, lighting equipment, microphones, and related production tools.
• Make doctors and patients feel comfortable and natural on camera.

Photography

• Photograph doctors, clinic staff, patient cases, before-and-after results, clinic interiors, equipment, treatments, and branding content.
• Ensure accurate lighting, composition, focus, and visual consistency.
• Retouch and enhance images while maintaining a natural and realistic appearance.
• Maintain a consistent photography style across social-media and marketing materials.

Video Editing

• Edit professional short-form and long-form video content.
• Create Reels using hooks, clean cuts, transitions, text overlays, subtitles, sound design, music, and motion graphics.
• Edit content in Arabic and English where required.
• Repurpose longer videos into multiple short-form pieces.
• Maintain consistent fonts, colors, branding, and visual style.

Creative Collaboration

• Suggest content ideas and creative concepts for medical and dental topics.
• Research social-media trends and identify viral, educational, informative, and authority-building opportunities.
• Develop creative approaches for doctors based on their personalities and specialties.
• Work with the marketing team to execute the monthly content strategy.
• Distinguish content for organic reach, branding, education, trust-building, and paid advertising.

Required Skills and Equipment

• Strong professional videography, photography, editing, lighting, audio, storytelling, and composition skills.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and current social-media formats.
• Ability to shoot professional camera footage and high-quality mobile or social content.
• Practical knowledge of mirrorless or DSLR cameras, lenses, gimbals, tripods, microphones, and studio or portable lighting.
• Knowledge of exposure, white balance, frame rates, camera settings, and basic studio setup.

Preferred Experience and Software

• Healthcare, dentistry, aesthetics, beauty, luxury, or premium lifestyle content experience is advantageous.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Lightroom is preferred.
• Motion graphics, animation, color grading, sound design, and advanced retouching knowledge are advantageous.

Candidate Profile

• The candidate should be creative, visually driven, proactive, detail-oriented, reliable, organized, and efficient with editing.
• The candidate should be able to maintain premium visual standards and balance creativity with healthcare professionalism.
• At least one year of photographer, videographer, or content creator experience is required.
• A portfolio or showreel is mandatory.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.

Work Location

• The role is performed in person.
