Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Health Specialist, based in Dubai with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time.
The Health Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing health promotion programs, ensuring occupational health standards, and supporting customers with expert guidance.
Additional responsibilities include fostering effective communication with health professionals and stakeholders, providing top-notch customer service, and contributing to educational initiatives aligned with the Academy’s vision of preparing professionals for the healthcare innovations of tomorrow.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and the ability to effectively convey ideas to diverse audiences
- Expertise in Customer Service with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs
- Knowledge of Occupational Health practices and standards
- Background in Medicine or Health Promotion, with an emphasis on education and engagement
- Understanding of innovation and digital transformation in the healthcare industry
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- At least a bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medicine, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Experience in training and development in the healthcare sector is a plus
