Role Description
This part-time Pharmacy Manager role is a hybrid position based in Dubai, offering a mix of on-site responsibilities and the flexibility of working from home.
The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage and mentor pharmacy technicians, ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations, and manage prescription services.
The role also involves maintaining a high standard of pharmacy practice, administering immunizations, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and accurate services while fostering a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in pharmacy operations, including Pharmacy Practice and Prescription management
- Expertise in working with Pharmacy Technicians and understanding their roles and responsibilities
- Knowledge and certification in Immunization practices
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage daily operations and guide pharmacy staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with a valid pharmacist license
- Previous experience in pharmacy management is preferred
- Ability to navigate hybrid work environments effectively
