Al Taie Pharmacy is seeking a qualified and experienced DOH Licensed Pharmacist in Abu Dhabi.
The pharmacist will provide professional pharmaceutical services, support patient safety, and maintain pharmacy and customer-care standards.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense prescription and non-prescription medications accurately and safely.
- Review prescriptions and guide patients on medication use, dosage, precautions, and possible side effects.
- Comply with DOH regulations and UAE pharmacy standards; maintain medication, prescription, and transaction records.
- Monitor inventory, medicine expiry dates, and storage conditions.
- Provide customer service and build positive relationships with patients.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Maintain the pharmacy according to regulatory and operational requirements and perform other pharmacy duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) Pharmacist License is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant pharmacy experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and UAE pharmacy regulations.
- Excellent command of English is mandatory.
- Native Arabic speakers or candidates fluent in conversational Arabic are highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional, customer-focused, and responsible attitude.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500–6,500 per month.
