Pharmaceutical Warehouse Distribution Associate - 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, document, and store materials per GMP
- Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts
- Manage drug returns and support sample activities
- Restock supplies and remove expired items
- Stage materials for production and provide cold‑storage backup
General Responsibilities
- Stay current on safety and GMP training
- Follow SOPs and report issues promptly
- Complete accurate documentation
- Support team needs, including occasional overtime
Work Conditions
Frequent standing/walking
Lift up to 25 lbs
Use manual/electric pallet jacks
High School Diploma with 5–7 years of warehouse or inventory experience OR
Associate’s Degree with 3–5 years of experience
Previous experience in a GMP‑regulated environment
Ability to follow written procedures (SOPs) accurately
The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.
