We are urgently hiring for multiple senior sales personnel in various leadership roles for a leading pharmaceutical marketing and distribution company headquartered in Dubai, dedicated to promoting and delivering high‑quality medicines and healthcare solutions across multiple therapeutic areas.
Mandatory Educational Qualifications, Skill sets & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science
- At least 5 years of experience in senior sales leadership role in the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong experience managing Field Sales Supervisors, Product Specialists, and Key Account teams in the Pharma industry
- Proficiency in CRM applications and MS Office
- Strong relationships with UAE pharma and healthcare authorities
- Proven success in managing key accounts, tenders, and hospital formulary inclusion
Competencies
- Strong leadership and team-coaching capabilities
- Budget management and forecasting skills
- Ability to set clear expectations and manage performance
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strategic thinking and analytical problem‑solving
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Accurate order forecasting and planning capability
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
