Overview

Core Responsibilities

• **Client Acquisition & Sales:**
• Source and pitch recruitment services to prospective employers through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking in the UAE market.
• **Business Development Strategy:**
• Analyze local market trends, identify healthcare centers with high hiring demands, and execute lead generation plans.
• **Account Management:**
• Maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners to ensure repeat business.
• **Full-Cycle Recruitment:**
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, draft job descriptions, source talent, and manage the interview pipeline.
• **Consultative Selling:**
• Act as a market expert, advising clients on realistic salary expectations, skill shortages, and talent acquisition strategies.

Ideal Requirements

• **Experience:**
• At least 2 years of UAE recruitment experience from within a consultancy environment.

Experience

• in B2B sales, business development, and end-to-end recruitment (preferably within a recruitment agency setting).
• **Soft Skills:**
• Exceptional negotiation, persuasive communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• **Hard Skills:**
• Proficiency with client relationship management (CRM) and applicant tracking systems (ATS), as well as pipeline management.
• **Market Knowledge:**
• Deep understanding of the UAE healthcare economic landscape, key growth sectors, and industry best practices.
