MyPT is hiring personal trainers for its premium fitness brand at Villa Square, Dubai, UAE.
The position is full-time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the client journey from FS1 assessment through FS2 programme design and membership presentation.
- Assess body composition, posture, movement, cardiovascular fitness, and overall physical performance.
- Design personalized training programmes for client goals, needs, and fitness levels.
- Present training recommendations and explain the value of personalized coaching.
- Deliver safe personal training sessions focused on performance and measurable results.
- Build client relationships, support retention, and provide a strong member experience.
Mandatory and preferred requirements
- REPs Level 3 qualification or a recognized equivalent is mandatory; no exceptions.
- Previous personal training experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong coaching ability, client-focused approach, and passion for health and fitness.
