Role overview
Personal Shopper based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the team and serving luxury clients.
Client relationships and sales
- Act as the point of contact for top clients, building one-to-one relationships through regular communication and reviewing order and return histories.
- Service new and existing clients; a book of former clients is preferred.
- Create and implement selling ideas to achieve sales targets.
- Grow client spend and loyalty by understanding style needs, spotting sale opportunities, recommending suitable weekly-upload products, and sending curated weekly emails based on shopping behavior and preferences.
VIP service and product coordination
- Create an entertainment program and exceptional experiences for top customers attending Mytheresa VIP events.
- Manage Pre-Reservation four times a year and update customer preference sheets and profiles.
- Liaise with buying and brand teams and brands to reorder sold-out pieces.
- Stay informed about fashion, lifestyle, and design trends.
Experience and qualifications
- Several years of work experience; luxury fashion is preferred, ideally in e-commerce.
- Love for fashion and technology.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a hands-on approach.
- Enthusiastic, innovative, and creative.
- Sales-driven and tech savvy.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
