Personal Banking Advisor - Kew, VIC

Mandarin / Cantonese language capability is highly advantageous

Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing / phone-based role with experience of working to targets

Resilience , with an ability to remain calm and composed whilst managing challenging situations

Comfortable in working towards sales / referral targets and calling customers over the phone

Numerical capability , ideally with proficiency in cash handling and counting, with ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy

An energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people !

The will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
