Proven record translating business strategy and commercial priorities into an executable analytics portfolio and measurable outcomes.

Deep understanding of business intelligence, advanced analytics, performance measurement, decisioning and the use of AI/ML to improve decisions.

Strong product and portfolio discipline, including prioritisation, adoption, value tracking and management of delivery dependencies.

Ability to frame complex business questions, establish trusted measures and turn analysis into clear decisions and actions.

Recognised enterprise leader able to influence Consumer executives, Delivery Unit leaders, Technology, Data, AI, Risk and frontline stakeholders.

Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex intelligence clear, relevant and actionable.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and balancing long-term capability building with near-term business outcomes
