Overview

  • **Job Title: Personal Assistant – Native Arabic Speaker Required**
  • We are looking for a serious, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to support senior management in daily executive, administrative, and document-related tasks.
  • **Mandatory Requirements: -**
  • Native Arabic speaker with very good English writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Word skills, including professional formatting of letters, reports, tables, headers, footers, and PDFs.
  • Strong email drafting skills in Arabic and English.
  • Good knowledge of AI tools for drafting, summarizing, organizing tasks, and improving work efficiency.
  • Serious, discreet, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
  • 2–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Ability to follow up tasks without repeated reminders.
  • Basic understanding of accounting, auditing, legal, or consultancy office environment is preferred.
  • **Main Responsibilities**: -
  • Manage calendar, meetings, reminders, and daily follow-ups.
  • Prepare, format, and organize Word documents, letters, reports, and PDFs.
  • Draft and manage professional emails in Arabic and English.
  • Organize files, tasks, and office workflow.
  • Coordinate with clients, staff, consultants, and external parties.
  • Use AI tools to support drafting, summarizing, and task organization.
  • Provide remote support after working hours for urgent matters when required.
  • Job Type: **Full-time**
  • Location: **Dubai**, UAE
  • Salary: **AED 5,500** – **AED 7,500** per month, depending on skills and experience.
