About This Role

Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and discreet Personal Assistant to manage both professional and personal matters. This role requires a high level of trust, organization, ownership, and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Prepare, organize, and submit applications, forms, and official documents to relevant authorities
  • Manage a portfolio of investments, including banking and properties
  • Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the employer
  • Organize documents, reports, and records
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Conduct research and provide concise summaries to support decision-making
  • Assist with any other personal errands and day-to-day tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Flexible with different time zones
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - Chinese language would be an asset.
  • Preferably a global business mindset with an understanding of markets beyond the UAE, particularly Hong Kong, the UK, and the US.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Available to join immediately
