About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support our finance operations and reporting activities.
This role is ideal for an RU-speaking accounting professional with strong hands-on experience in preparing audit reports, supporting audit documentation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accounting records, financial reports, and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
- Handle daily accounting activities, including expense verification, reconciliations, payroll support, and data entry
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management review
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare audit-related schedules, supporting documents, and reports independently
- Coordinate and assist during internal and external audit processes
- Maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems and databases
- Assist with other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by senior management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an Accountant
- **RU and English language proficiency**
- **Hands-on experience in preparing audit reports and supporting audit documentation independently**
- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and reconciliation processes
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
