Top Real Estate is looking for a proactive, organized, and creative **Personal Assistant** to support daily operations, client communication, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Manage emails, schedules, meetings, and daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare documents, invoices, and business correspondence.
- Create content using AI tools and support social media activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
- Knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Office, and business email systems is a plus.
- Strong social media and visual communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly.
