Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive **Personal Assistant / Administrative Secretary** to support our office and daily management operations in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for administrative matters, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle official correspondence, emails, and phone calls with high professionalism.
- Prepare, format, and maintain corporate documents, reports, and digital databases.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.
Requirements
- **Proven experience** as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
- **Excellent communication skills** (both written and verbal) in English.
- Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
- **Immediate availability** to join the team is highly preferred.
- Candidates with their **own visa / spouse visa** are preferred.
- Currently residing in Abu Dhabi.
