Key Responsibilities

• **Team Leadership:** Manage, motivate, and supervise a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff to ensure peak performance and a productive work environment.
• **Workshop Efficiency:** Oversee daily workflow, delegate tasks, and optimize repair turnaround times without compromising on quality.
• **Market & Business Growth:** Apply strong local market knowledge to optimize pricing, manage supplier relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
• **Customer Excellence:** Ensure outstanding customer service, handle escalations professionally, and maintain high client retention.

Requirements

• **Proven Experience:** Minimum of 5–15 years of trackable experience managing a busy automotive repair workshop (experience in the UAE/Dubai market is highly preferred).
• **Technical Expertise:** Deep hands-on knowledge of automotive repair processes, diagnostics, and workshop equipment.
• **Leadership & Communication:** Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead diverse teams and communicate effectively with high-profile clients.
• **Results-Driven:** Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of workshop financial KPIs.
