Operating in the civil engineering sector, the company supports complex programs that require strong coordination, regulatory understanding, and disciplined project delivery.
We are inviting expressions of interest for the position of Permitting Manager.
The role offers the opportunity to lead permitting activities that are critical to successful project execution.
As Permitting Manager, you will help guide regulatory strategy, support delivery teams through complex approval pathways, and provide clear visibility on permitting progress, risks, and dependencies across major projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct permitting feasibility studies to identify required approvals and regulatory risks.
- Develop and manage the master permitting schedule.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with government agencies, utilities, and regulatory boards.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of permit applications and supporting documentation.
- Manage agency RFIs and formal comments through resolution.
- Integrate permit conditions into construction schedules and site logistics plans.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to align permit submissions with project execution.
- Monitor permitting budgets, agency fees, and consultant costs.
- Provide status updates on permitting milestones, risks, and potential delays to the PMCM team and project owners.
