Performance & Media Marketing Manager
is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on all performance marketing activities across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, revenue growth, and marketing ROI.
The role oversees campaign performance, marketing analytics, CRM integration, marketing automation, and conversion optimization while ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales targets.
The position acts as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Technology teams to ensure effective lead generation, lead nurturing, attribution tracking, and measurable business outcomes.
1. Performance Marketing Management
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid digital channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Display, and emerging platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Drive customer acquisition initiatives focused on lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve:
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Conversion Rates
• Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Conduct audience segmentation, targeting, and remarketing strategies.
2. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Establish and maintain marketing performance dashboards and executive reporting frameworks.
- Monitor key marketing KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition trends.
- Present monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports to senior management.
- Develop attribution models to measure marketing contribution across channels.
- Translate complex marketing data into business insights and recommendations.
3. CRM & Marketing Automation
- Manage integration between marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Ensure proper lead capture, lead routing, lead scoring, and lead tracking processes.
- Develop and optimize automated lead nurturing workflows.
- Work closely with Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Support implementation and optimization of marketing automation platforms.
4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Monitor and optimize customer acquisition funnels.
- Conduct A/B testing across campaigns, landing pages, advertisements, and customer journeys.
- Identify drop-off points and implement corrective actions.
- Improve lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-sale conversion rates.
5. Budget Management
- Manage and optimize annual marketing budgets.
- Allocate budgets across channels based on performance and ROI.
- Monitor marketing spend and ensure cost efficiency.
- Provide forecasting and budget utilization reports.
6. Technology & Data Management
- Oversee marketing technology platforms including:
• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- CRM Platforms
• Marketing Automation Tools
- Dashboard and Reporting Solutions
- Ensure data accuracy and campaign tracking integrity.
- Implement best practices in conversion tracking, attribution, and performance measurement.
7. Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Monitor industry trends, digital marketing developments, and competitor activities.
- Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and AI-driven solutions.
- Recommend innovative approaches to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across marketing operations.
8. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Sales, CRM, IT, Customer Service, and external agencies.
- Manage relationships with digital media agencies, technology vendors, and platform partners.
- Support leadership with strategic marketing recommendations and business cases.
