Head of Operations – Commercial & Customer Lifecycle
Role Purpose
The Head of Operations – Commercial & Customer Lifecycle is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end operational framework supporting the customer journey across all real estate developments, from inventory setup and customer onboarding through collections, post-sales administration, and final handover.
The role serves as the operational backbone of the Commercial division, ensuring process excellence, CRM governance, compliance, digitization, revenue protection, and seamless coordination across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and Project Delivery functions.
The position focuses on operational efficiency, customer lifecycle management, process automation, and governance rather than direct sales generation.
