About Us Stat Global is a Dubai-based real estate company specialising in commercial and residential property development, leasing and asset management. We operate across multiple active projects in Dubai and are scaling our digital lead generation efforts.
Role Overview We're looking for a full-time Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid advertising. You'll be responsible for setting up, running, and optimising campaigns that generate qualified leads from serious buyers, investors, and tenants in the Dubai real estate market.
Ad copy will be provided. Creatives will be supported by our in-house graphic designer. Your job is execution, optimisation and results.
What You'll Do
- Set up and manage campaigns across Meta/Instagram, Google Search, LinkedIn, and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder)
- Continuously optimise for lead quality and cost per lead - not just volume
- Own campaign structure, audience segmentation, bidding strategy, and budget allocation
- Submit weekly performance reports with clear metrics and recommendations
- Coordinate with the designer on creative briefs and with management on copy direction
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years running paid ads with demonstrable lead generation results
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads - not agency-managed, personally operated
- Familiarity with real estate or high-ticket B2C/B2B lead gen preferred
- Strong reporting discipline - we expect numbers, not narratives
- Dubai/UAE market experience is a strong advantage
Nice to Have
- Experience with Bayut or Property Finder ad platforms
- LinkedIn Ads for B2B/investor targeting
- Basic landing page or lead form setup knowledge
Probation This role begins with a 75-day probation period. Candidates who meet agreed KPIs will be confirmed as full-time at the end of the period.
